Submits to Missouri voters on November 4, 2014 a constitutional amendment to Article IV, Section 17 of the Missouri Constitution regarding statewide elections.

Changes secretary of state and state treasurer elections from two-year terms to four-year terms, with initial elections held in 2016 and every four years thereafter.

Implements a two-term limit for all statewide elected officials (governor, lieutenant governor, secretary of state, state auditor, state treasurer, and attorney general).

Maintains the existing restriction that anyone serving more than two years of a term cannot be elected to that office again.

Official ballot language asks voters whether Missouri Constitution should be amended to impose two-term limits for all statewide elected officials and hold elections for secretary of state and state treasurer in 2016 and every four years thereafter.
