Urges United States Congress to continue investigating the September 11, 2012, terrorist attacks on the American diplomatic consulate in Benghazi, Libya that killed four Americans: Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone S. Woods, and Glen Doherty.

Documents the initial Obama administration narrative blaming the attacks on a spontaneous protest related to a video, contrasting with later evidence suggesting the attacks were planned and coordinated by Islamic terrorists.

Highlights concerns about document handling, including delayed FBI access to the crime scene (22 days after the attack), Congressional subpoenas allegedly not producing the same documents released through FOIA litigation, and heavily redacted or blacked-out sections of released documents.

Expresses that 20 months after the attacks, the complete truth about events before, during, and after the terrorist attacks remains unknown to the American people.

Directs the Missouri House Chief Clerk to send copies of the resolution to the Speaker and President Pro Tempore of Congress, both chambers' leadership, and all members of Missouri's Congressional delegation.
