Requires any supreme, appellate, or circuit court judge who was appointed to disqualify themselves from hearing a judicial proceeding when a party or party's attorney was a member of the appellate judicial commission or circuit judicial commission that nominated the judge

Mandates that if a circuit judge is disqualified under this section, the court must either call in another circuit judge to sit in the case or request the supreme court to transfer a judge to hear the proceeding

Adds new section 477.655 to Missouri Revised Statutes chapter 477
