Mothers may breast-feed their child or express breast milk in any public or private location where they are otherwise authorized to be, removing the requirement to exercise discretion.

Breast-feeding or expressing breast milk shall not constitute sexual conduct, sexual contact, public indecency, indecent exposure, lewd touching, obscenity, or any similar term under state or municipal law.

Municipalities are prohibited from enacting ordinances that prohibit or restrict mothers from breast-feeding or expressing breast milk in public or private locations where authorized.

Nursing mothers may be excused from jury service upon request and submission of a written physician's statement certifying they are a nursing mother.

Renumbers existing jury service exemption categories and clarifies standards for undue or extreme physical or financial hardship determinations, including limitations on what constitutes such hardship.
