Repeals and re-enacts section 115.607, RSMo, relating to county political party committee membership and composition.

Changes committee member election from township/ward-based districts to state legislative district-based districts within six months after each legislative reapportionment.

Requires two men and two women elected from each legislative district wholly contained in the county, two men and two women from predominantly contained districts, and one man and one woman from partially contained districts.

Maintains existing eligibility requirements that committee members must be registered voters and residents of the county and their respective committee district for at least one year before election.

Preserves the terms of office of incumbent party committee members when township, ward, or precinct lines change.
