Adds section 192.769 to Missouri law requiring FDA-certified mammography facilities to provide patients with a specific notice upon completion of a mammogram regarding dense breast tissue and potential supplemental screening options.

Notice must inform patients that dense breast tissue could hide abnormalities and that supplemental screening tests may be beneficial if dense tissue is present along with other identified breast cancer risk factors.

Notice specifies that dense breast tissue is a relatively common condition and is intended to raise patient awareness and promote discussion with physicians rather than cause undue concern.

Clarifies that providing notice does not create any duty of care beyond the notice requirement itself and prohibits use of the required information or evidence of violations in civil, judicial, or administrative proceedings.

Compliance requirement becomes effective January 1, 2015.
