Revises the requirement for printing Missouri revised statutes from an automatic schedule (within 10 years of the 70th General Assembly) to requiring adoption of a concurrent resolution by the General Assembly for each publication.

Allows annotations and supplements to be printed separately without requiring a concurrent resolution.

Requires the Missouri Revisor of Statutes to reprint statutes in their pre-enactment form when courts declare bills unconstitutional on procedural grounds, or remove new statutes and publish explanatory footnotes.

Establishes procedures for the Missouri Attorney General to notify the Revisor of permanent court orders enjoining legislation, with footnotes posted on the committee's website until a final ruling is made.

Adds new provisions requiring the Revisor to supervise publication of revised statutes on the committee's official website and periodically update it with new laws, though the online version is not considered official unless separately certified by the Revisor.
