Requires any person involved in production, sale, distribution, or administration of prescription medications to report suspected counterfeit, fake, diluted, or black market drugs to the FDA, state board of pharmacy, or law enforcement within seven business days

Makes failure to report or cause a report to be made a class A misdemeanor

Makes it a class D felony for drug or pharmaceutical company employees who attempt to conceal information about suspected counterfeit, fake, diluted, or black market drugs, or any other drug in the distribution channel that could result in death or serious physical injury
