• Maintains 24-month record retention requirement and exemptions for transactions under $50 (except catalytic converters), established business relationships, and items where regulated metals are minor components.

• Continues to regulate transactions involving copper, brass, bronze, aluminum wire/components, materials used for farming, and catalytic converters.
