Repeals section 452.340, RSMo and enacts two new sections (452.339 and 452.340) relating to child support and educational expenses.

Creates new section 452.339 establishing that courts may order parents to pay for educational expenses for vocational or higher education, including tuition, room, board, books, transportation, and medical/dental expenses.

Requires children to enroll in and complete at least 12 credit hours per semester, achieve sufficient grades to reenroll, and remain eligible for support until age 23 or degree completion, whichever comes first.

Allows child support to terminate if the child receives failing grades in half or more of coursework in any semester, and provides exceptions for children with developmental or physical disabilities.

Establishes factors courts must consider when determining educational support amounts, including parents' financial resources, child's financial aid and scholarships, academic performance, and standard of living the child would have enjoyed if the marriage had not been dissolved.
