Establishes the "Health Care Cost Reduction and Transparency Act" requiring hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers to report pricing data to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services

Hospitals must report quarterly beginning June 30, 2015, for the 100 most frequently reported inpatient admissions by diagnosis-related group (DRG), including full charges, average negotiated settlements, Medicaid reimbursement, Medicare reimbursement, and payment ranges from the five largest health carriers

Hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers must report quarterly beginning September 30, 2015, on total costs for the 20 most common surgical procedures and 20 most common imaging procedures performed in outpatient settings

Department of Health and Senior Services shall publish all reported pricing information on its website organized by hospital category in a format easily understood by the public, with each hospital and outpatient department listed separately

Hospitals must provide pricing information to patients upon request within three business days, and may withhold information that could identify patients in violation of HIPAA or federal law
