Allows the division to modify an existing child support order to include additional children born to the parties after the original order was entered.

Modified order must combine all children of the parties into a single child support obligation in conformity with Missouri Supreme Court Rule 88.01.

Modification requires filing a motion to modify, service of process, and opportunity for a hearing following standard modification procedures in section 454.500.

Permits circuit court to relieve a parent from an administrative order due to mistake, inadvertence, surprise, or excusable neglect.

Last four digits of parents' Social Security numbers must be recorded on any order entered; full Social Security numbers retained as required by section 509.520.
