Adds "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" as protected classifications in Missouri's discrimination laws across employment, housing, public accommodations, and credit practices

Defines "sexual orientation" as male or female heterosexuality, homosexuality, or bisexuality by inclination, practice, identity, or expression

Defines "gender identity" as the gender-related identity, appearance, mannerisms, or other gender-related characteristics of an individual, with or without regard to the individual's designated sex at birth

Modifies the definition of "because" or "because of" to mean a protected criterion played a part, role, or was a motivating factor in discriminatory practice, but need not be the only factor

Requires rules promulgated under the chapter to comply with chapter 536 rather than the specific section 536.024 previously cited
