Repeals and reenacts section 578.120, RSMo, to add an exemption for motorcycle sales on Sunday in specified counties

Motorcycle sales exemption applies to counties with a charter form of government with more than 600,000 but fewer than 700,000 inhabitants (Jackson County) and counties of the first classification with more than 83,000 but fewer than 92,000 inhabitants with a city of the fourth classification with more than 4,500 but fewer than 5,000 inhabitants as county seat (Platte County)

Maintains existing prohibition on motor vehicle dealers, distributors, and manufacturers from operating on Sunday, with class C misdemeanor penalty for violations

Preserves existing exemptions for manufactured housing sales, recreational motor vehicles, vehicle services (washing, towing, wrecking, repairing), petroleum products, tires, repair parts and accessories, and new vehicle shows or displays

Protects motor vehicle dealer associations from antitrust or restraint of trade liability for encouraging members not to open on Sunday
