Establishes supervision requirements for physician assistants including four-hour in-person supervision within every fourteen days, fifty-mile proximity limits, and limits supervising physicians to three full-time equivalent assistants.

Allows clinical social workers who complete 4,000 supervised hours (instead of 3,000) to receive a certificate acknowledging additional hours; restricts master social workers from independently practicing clinical or advanced macro social work.

Authorizes pharmacists to administer vaccines and provide medication therapy services under physician protocols; creates new hospital pharmacy regulations and establishes an advisory committee for hospital pharmacy rulemaking.
