Repeals previous joint and several liability standard and replaces it with several liability only for all defendants in tort actions, regardless of percentage of fault.

Each defendant is liable only for damages in direct proportion to their percentage of fault as determined by the trier of fact, with separate judgments rendered against each defendant.

Court shall multiply total damages by each defendant's percentage of fault to determine the maximum recoverable amount against that defendant.

Trier of fact must consider fault of all persons or entities who contributed to injury or damages, including nonparties who were not named in the suit.

Parties are prohibited from disclosing to the trier of fact the impact or effect of this liability statute.
