Repeals and replaces three sections (337.025, 337.029, and 337.033) of Missouri law governing psychologist licensure requirements

Adds the Psychological Clinical Science Accreditation System as an acceptable accrediting body for doctoral psychology degrees, alongside the American Psychological Association

Requires 1,500 hours of supervised professional experience over 12-24 consecutive months (20-50 hours per week) with at least monthly face-to-face supervision from a licensed psychologist

Establishes reciprocity provisions for psychologists licensed in other states, including those holding current certificates of professional qualification (CPQ) from the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards

Requires core curriculum covering biological bases of behavior, cognitive-affective bases, social bases, individual differences, and scientific methods/research design (minimum 3 semester hours or 5 quarter hours per area)
