Creates the Missouri Lead Industry Employment, Economic Development and Environmental Remediation Task Force to study and make recommendations on Missouri's lead industry development and environmental remediation.

Task force shall examine effects of environmental settlement and remediation, ways to promote a clean lead industry, legislative proposals for rules and regulations, and economic potential of implementing clean lead policies.

Membership includes the Governor or designee, one majority party legislator as chair (appointed by Senate president pro tem), one majority party legislator as vice-chair and secretary (appointed by House speaker), Attorney General or designee, Director of Department of Natural Resources or designee, one majority and one minority party senator, one majority and one minority party representative, and two industry representatives.

Task force authorized to request assistance from any state department, office, division, or agency and shall receive Senate Research staff support for legal, research, clerical, technical, and bill drafting services.

Task force terminates by December 31, 2014, or by majority vote for earlier termination, and may submit a final report of findings and recommendations to the General Assembly upon termination.
