Urges the National Football League to name Kansas City as the host for an upcoming Super Bowl

Directs the Department of Economic Development to establish a task force to examine measures needed to bring the Super Bowl to Kansas City, including use of existing state economic incentives and proposals for changes to state law

Highlights that Arrowhead Stadium has a capacity of 76,416, is the 5th largest NFL stadium, and exceeds the capacity of the Super Dome in New Orleans which has hosted seven Super Bowls

Notes that Arrowhead Stadium completed a $350 million renovation in mid-2010 and that no Super Bowl has ever been held in the Midwest

Instructs the Secretary of the Senate to provide a copy of the resolution to the director of the Department of Economic Development
