Creates the Missouri Multiple Sclerosis Task Force to identify and address unmet needs of persons with MS and enhance their quality of life

Task Force shall develop strategies to maximize productivity and independence for MS patients and address emotional, social, and vocational challenges

Task Force shall develop strategies to provide persons with MS greater access to various treatments and therapeutic options

Task Force consists of 14 members including 2 senators, 2 representatives, the Director of the Department of Health and Senior Services, 2 neurologists, 2 national MS organization members, 2 service provider representatives, and 2 persons with MS

Task Force must report recommendations and findings to the Missouri General Assembly by January 1, 2015, and shall terminate by January 1, 2015, or by majority vote for termination, whichever occurs first
