Acknowledges Branson, Missouri as the "Veterans Capital of the Nation" and the College of the Ozarks' pledge to fully fund the memorial's construction

Directs the Missouri Senate Secretary to prepare inscribed copies of the resolution for the College of the Ozarks President and Vietnam Veterans Chapter 913 in Branson
