Submits a constitutional amendment to Missouri voters at the November 2014 general election to add Section 36 to Article I of the Missouri Constitution

Establishes a constitutional right for Missouri citizens to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife that cannot be unreasonably restricted by law, rule, or regulation

Vests control, management, restoration, conservation, and regulation of all bird, fish, game, forestry, and wildlife resources in the state conservation commission as provided in Article IV, Section 40

Requires that any authorized laws, rules, and regulations serve the purpose of wildlife conservation and management and preserve the future of hunting and fishing, with public hunting and fishing designated as the preferred means of wildlife management

Preserves all existing trespass and property rights laws and does not modify common law or statutes relating to trespass or property rights
