MO SJR29

Increases the conservation commission from four members to eight members appointed by the governor with senate consent.

Changes the maximum number of same-party members from two to four, maintaining bipartisan representation on the expanded commission.

Requires each of the eight members to reside in a different region under the conservation commission's eight-region map as of December 1, 2011.

Modifies term staggering so that no more than three terms end in the same year, and limits members to two terms or twelve years of service, whichever occurs first.

Requires the governor to fill commission vacancies within thirty days, with remaining members filling the vacancy if the governor fails to act.
