Execution for restoring possession in landlord-tenant cases must be issued no later than 10 days after judgment, but shall be stayed pending appeal if the losing party posts an appeal bond

Defendants have 10 days from the date of judgment to file a motion to set aside the judgment; if not set aside within 10 days, the judgment for possession becomes final and eviction may proceed without further notice

Summons must be served at least 4 days before the court date, and the court date cannot be more than 21 business days from when the summons is issued

If a defendant satisfies the money judgment and pays all costs before the judgment becomes final, any execution for possession shall be stayed

Repeals section 534.360 and consolidates its provision (allowing early levy if defendant is removing or concealing property) into section 534.350
