Creates a voting student curator position on the University of Missouri Board of Curators, replacing the existing non-voting student representative position

Student curator would have full voting rights on all board matters, including hiring and firing of the university president, campus chancellors, general counsel, and board secretary

Student curator would be excluded from voting on hiring or firing decisions for faculty or staff

First student curator to be appointed in January 2016, must be a graduate or professional student, and serves a two-year term while maintaining full-time student status

Student appointments rotate among the four University of Missouri campuses (Columbia, Rolla, Kansas City, St. Louis), with any future campuses added to the rotation
