School district financial audits must separately disclose extracurricular activity costs including facility rent, athletic director salaries/benefits, coach stipends, 20% of administrator salaries, equipment/uniforms, travel expenses, statewide organization dues, and game official costs

Audit disclosures must include both district-wide totals and breakdowns by specific extracurricular activity, along with each activity's corresponding revenue generated

"Extracurricular activity" is defined as voluntary school-sponsored activities including public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities

A public meeting with time for public comment must be held to present audit examination results

Meeting notice must be published in the largest circulation newspaper within the municipality or county at least two weeks prior to the meeting
