School board elections in the specified urban district (first classification county with 83,000-92,000 inhabitants and home rule city county seat with 76,000-91,000 inhabitants) will be held annually at the same times and places as general municipal elections

Director terms expiring after August 28, 2015 will be four-year terms instead of the previous term length

Candidates for school director in home rule cities with 71,000-79,000 inhabitants may file a declaration of candidacy with the board secretary without submitting a petition

Repeals and replaces sections 162.481 and 162.491 of Missouri Revised Statutes governing urban school district director elections
