Narrows the definition of "knife" under Missouri weapons law from any bladed hand instrument capable of inflicting serious injury to only daggers, dirks, stilettos, or switchblades

Removes the four-inch blade length limit that previously defined which pocketknives were excluded from regulation

Expands the exemption to include all ordinary pocketknives and hunting knives, whether fixed blade or folding, regardless of blade length

Amends Section 571.010, RSMo, which contains definitions used throughout Missouri's weapons offenses chapter
