Adds mental health professionals licensed under chapter 337 to the list of healthcare providers subject to Missouri's existing two-year statute of limitations for malpractice, negligence, error, or mistake claims

Claims must be filed within two years from the date the act of neglect occurred, with exceptions for foreign objects left in the body or failure to inform patients of medical test results (discovery rule applies)

Minors under 18 have until their 20th birthday to bring an action

An absolute 10-year statute of repose applies from the date of the negligent act, or two years from a minor's 18th birthday, whichever is later
