Replaces the term "community college" with "two-year college" throughout Missouri statute 167.223, expanding eligibility for postsecondary course option partnerships with public high schools

Public high schools may cooperate with Missouri public two-year colleges and public or private four-year colleges/universities to offer dual-credit courses where students earn both high school and college credit

Students' resident school districts continue to count them in average daily attendance for state aid purposes while attending postsecondary courses

Students enrolled in two-year colleges under this program are considered resident students for calculating state aid to those colleges

Two-year and four-year institutions may charge reasonable fees, payable by either the school district or the student based on their agreement
