Repeals Section 416.415, RSMo, which prohibited milk processors and distributors from selling milk products below cost with intent to unfairly divert trade, injure competitors, destroy competition, or create a monopoly

Eliminates the provision that made selling or advertising milk below cost prima facie evidence of a violation

Removes the rule preventing profits from non-milk products from being used to subsidize or lower the cost of milk products

Allows milk processors and distributors in Missouri to price milk products without the previous below-cost sales restrictions
