Creates the "Political Intimidation Prevention Act" establishing a new criminal offense of intimidating a public figure through verbal, physical, or written conduct that threatens, coerces, or harasses

Defines "public figure" as any elected official or candidate for elected office in Missouri or its political subdivisions

Classifies the offense as a Class A misdemeanor, elevated to a Class D felony (Class E felony after January 1, 2017) if physical harm occurs

Requires any elected official who commits this offense to immediately forfeit their office

Exempts conduct engaged in while reporting or investigating crimes committed by a public figure
