Amends Section 379.470, RSMo to allow insurers to return a portion of expense savings to policyholders who file no reportable claims under specified coverages within a time period set by the insurer

The return of savings applies regardless of whether the lack of claims is due to the insured's fault

Insurers may represent the return as a predetermined portion of the premium paid

Explicitly clarifies that such premium returns do not constitute illegal rebates or unfair trade practices under Missouri insurance law (sections 375.930 to 375.948)
