Prohibits courts from awarding attorney fees and court costs against the state, political subdivisions, or their officials/employees in discrimination cases under the Missouri Human Rights Act

Bars the Missouri Commission on Human Rights from imposing sanctions that include attorney fees or costs when the sanctioned party is the state or a political subdivision

Prevents prevailing parties in discrimination complaints from collecting attorney fees when the respondent is a government entity, even if the complainant wins the case

Amends sections 213.075 and 213.111 of Missouri Revised Statutes governing administrative hearings and civil actions for unlawful discriminatory practices
