Creates new offense of "tampering with farm equipment" under Section 569.098 RSMo for knowingly defacing, vandalizing, modifying, destroying components of, or relocating farm equipment without authorization

Class A misdemeanor for standard violations; elevated to Class D felony (before January 1, 2017) or Class E felony (on or after January 1, 2017) when pecuniary loss exceeds $1,000

Farm equipment defined as tractors, trailers, combines, tillage implements, balers, attachments, and repair parts used in planting, cultivating, irrigation, harvesting, and marketing of agricultural products

Excludes self-propelled vehicles designed primarily for transporting persons or property on streets or highways
