Prohibits any person from simultaneously serving as a municipal judge, prosecuting or circuit attorney, assistant prosecuting or circuit attorney, city attorney, or criminal defense attorney

Bars individuals with delinquent financial obligations (including back taxes or child support) from serving as municipal judges or city attorneys, with an exception allowing those holding such positions as of August 28, 2015 to complete their terms

Clarifies that full-time prosecuting attorneys cannot engage in private law practice, explicitly including serving as a municipal judge

Expands the restriction on municipal judges holding other offices from just "the municipality they serve" to any other office while serving as judge (except serving as a part-time judge in multiple municipalities)

Municipal judges may serve part-time and in multiple municipalities unless prohibited by local charter or ordinance
