Amends Missouri section 610.122 to add a new pathway for expunging arrest records under section 43.503

Arrest records become eligible for expungement if the U.S. Department of Justice or U.S. Attorney General issues a report finding that a law enforcement agency engaged in unconstitutional practices or racial profiling leading to arrests

This new expungement pathway applies to persons arrested within the jurisdiction of the law enforcement agency cited in the federal investigation report

The new provision operates notwithstanding existing requirements that typically require no prior/subsequent convictions and no pending civil actions for expungement eligibility
