Removes the existing sales tax exemption for feed additives, medications, and vaccines administered to livestock or poultry in the production of food or fiber

Eliminates the sales tax exemption for pesticides used in the production of crops, livestock, or poultry for food or fiber

Removes the separate exemption for pesticides and herbicides used in the production of crops, aquaculture, livestock, or poultry (previously subdivision 33)

Eliminates the sales tax exemption for feed developed for and sold to commercial pet breeders licensed under sections 273.325 to 273.357

Retains existing exemptions for bedding used in livestock/poultry production, farm machinery and equipment, and other agricultural inputs not specifically removed by this bill
