Extends the sunset date for the Women's Heart Health Program from three years after August 28, 2012 to three years after August 28, 2015, requiring reauthorization by the General Assembly to continue

Program provides heart disease risk screening to uninsured and underinsured women ages 35-64 with family income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level

Screenings include height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, total cholesterol, HDL, and blood glucose, with referrals for follow-up care and lifestyle education for those at increased risk

Program is administered through the Department of Health and Senior Services and delivered by providers already participating in the Missouri Show Me Healthy Women cancer screening program

Program implementation is contingent on receipt of designated federal funding; if federal funds are unavailable, the department is not required to establish or implement the program
