Requires every municipality to hold an annual "Meet Your Officer" day at a venue accommodating at least 100 people, with officers required to attend for at least 3 hours (which may count as training credit) and public notice in local newspapers at least one week in advance

Adds "law enforcement agency" to the definition of employer for purposes of employment reference disclosures, allowing agencies to share information about current or former officers with prospective employers

Authorizes immediate suspension of a peace officer's license if the officer was dismissed or resigned without good merit status from one agency and was hired by another agency within the same calendar year

Requires the director to maintain a statewide log of peace officers who have been terminated or resigned in lieu of termination, with sheriffs collecting this information from agencies in their jurisdictions and the log distributed annually to all sheriffs

Repeals Section 590.650, which required officers to report demographic data on traffic stops and required the attorney general to analyze and report on racial profiling patterns
