Amends Section 378.633, RSMo to change the exemption criteria for fraternal benefit society member representatives who do not need an insurance agent license

Removes the previous exemption that applied only to societies insuring members against accidental death, dismemberment, and disability with no commission payments

Creates a new exemption for member representatives who devote less than 50% of their time to soliciting and procuring insurance contracts for the society

Establishes a presumption that a person devotes 50% or more of their time to insurance solicitation if they solicited life insurance exceeding $50,000 or other insurance covering more than 25 individuals in the preceding calendar year while receiving compensation

Maintains existing exemptions for salaried officers, employees, or secretaries whose primary duties are not insurance solicitation and who receive no commission based on business obtained
