Prohibits property owners, employers, and business entities from banning firearm storage in locked private vehicles, though they may require firearms be hidden from plain view or kept in a locked container

Shields property owners, employers, and business entities from civil liability for incidents involving firearms stored under this section, unless they violate the prohibition on banning such storage

Exempts employer/business-owned or leased vehicles used by employees, except for employees required to transport firearms for official duties

Exempts properties with restricted access (fenced, gated, security stations) if the employer provides either temporary storage facilities for unloaded firearms or an alternative parking area nearby where firearm storage is permitted
