Adds "and awareness" to the existing suicide prevention oversight duties of the Missouri Advisory Council for Comprehensive Psychiatric Services, expanding their role from just "suicide prevention" to "suicide prevention and awareness" activities

Amends Section 632.020, RSMo, which governs the council originally created by executive order on June 10, 1977

The council serves as an advisory body to the Division of Comprehensive Psychiatric Services and may include up to 25 members appointed to three-year terms

At least one-half of council members must be consumers of psychiatric services, and no more than one-fourth may be vendors receiving over $1,500 in department contracts
