MO HB1250

Removes carrying a concealed knife, firearm, blackjack, or other weapon readily capable of lethal use from the list of "unlawful use of weapons" offenses under Missouri law

Eliminates the previous exception that allowed persons 19+ (or 18+ for military members/veterans) to carry concealed firearms only in motor vehicles

Maintains existing prohibitions on carrying firearms in churches, election precincts, government buildings, schools, and school buses

Preserves exemptions for law enforcement officers, military personnel, judges, prosecutors, and other specified officials from certain weapons restrictions

Retains all other unlawful weapons offenses including setting spring guns, discharging firearms into buildings, brandishing weapons threateningly, and possessing firearms while intoxicated
