Retains special license plates for U.S. Congress members, featuring "Member of Congress" designation with plates numbered USS-1/USS-2 for senators and USC-1 to USC-9 for representatives

Retains special license plates numbered 1-6 for statewide elected officials (Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, State Auditor, State Treasurer, and Attorney General)

Statewide officials must surrender their special plates to the director of revenue upon leaving office for transfer to their successor
