Private property owners who prohibit concealed carry of firearms under existing law are not granted any tort immunity or protection from civil liability for that prohibition

Persons who consent to allowing concealed carry in areas where it is otherwise prohibited have no legal duty imposed on them to provide such consent

Amends Section 571.107, RSMo, which governs locations where concealed carry permit holders may and may not carry firearms

Maintains all existing prohibited locations for concealed carry (law enforcement offices, polling places, detention facilities, courthouses, schools, hospitals, airports, stadiums, etc.) with no changes to those restrictions
