MO HB1308

Authorizes the Missouri Department of Social Services to accept cost-effective regional proposals from pediatric care networks, pediatric centers for excellence, and medical homes for children to provide MO HealthNet benefits for medically complex children

Allows the department to contract with these specialized pediatric providers when it determines doing so is cost effective

Adds "pediatric care networks as described in this section" to the list of entities from which the department may purchase medical services for public assistance recipients

Amends Section 208.166, RSMo, which governs MO HealthNet reimbursement methodologies including prepaid capitated and primary care case-management payment systems
