Amends Section 307.350, RSMo to add a new exemption from Missouri's biennial motor vehicle inspection requirements

Exempts motor vehicles used solely to transport property owned or leased by the vehicle's owner/operator to or from a farm they own or control through a landlord-tenant lease

Property transported must be for use in farm operations to qualify for the exemption

Joins existing exemptions for vehicles within 5 years of manufacture, interstate commerce vehicles, historic vehicles, and heavy vehicles registered over 24,000 pounds for less than 12 months
