Adds firing squad as an authorized method of execution in Missouri, alongside existing methods of lethal gas and lethal injection

Requires the Director of the Department of Corrections to select a five-person firing squad consisting of licensed peace officers when this method is used

Maintains existing confidentiality protections for execution team members, shielding their identities from discovery, subpoena, or other legal compulsion

Provides civil cause of action with actual and punitive damages for execution team members whose identities are unlawfully disclosed

Protects licensed execution team members from professional disciplinary action and provides coverage under the state legal expense fund for conduct performed in official duties
