Department of Social Services must apply for a USDA Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program grant to provide vouchers to low-income seniors for purchasing eligible foods at farmers' markets, roadside stands, and CSA programs

Establishes the "Missouri Senior Farmers' Market Nutritional Program" to distribute vouchers redeemable only at designated Missouri farmers' markets and roadside stands for Missouri-grown fresh produce

Eligible participants must be at least 60 years old by December 31st of the program year and meet USDA income eligibility guidelines

Vouchers distributed through designated sites in each participant's county of residence, with distribution site information available at all county area agencies on aging
